growth and development?
Our biggest goal for the upcoming period is to com-
plete our digital transformation and deliver assis-
tance services in the fastest, easiest, and most re-
liable way possible. Through our investments in
artificial intelligence and automation, we aim to re-
main the most agile assistance company in foresee-
ing customer needs even before they are expressed,
and in producing proactive solutions.
However, I must emphasize this: while technology
certainly strengthens our hand, nothing can replace
the human touch at the end of the day.
For this reason, we are very excited to launch a
brand-new service for policyholders in October.
With this new service, we will make sure our policy-
holders feel our human touch directly whenever they
face an unexpected situation in traffic.
In this application, which we will initially imple-
ment in Istanbul, when policyholders experience an
accident or vehicle breakdown, our motorcycle field
team will quickly reach the scene, ensure their safe-
ty, and provide on-site support. In this way, we will
show that we are truly “by their side” not only in the
digital environment but also physically.
Moreover, this approach will bring significant added
value to our sector as well. Of course, the power of
technology is extremely important, but being per-
sonally present to ensure our policyholders truly feel
safe is far more valuable to us.
