Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik won first place in the 'Individual Pension' category at the 9th ALFA Awards organized by Marketing Turkey and Akademetre Research and Strategic Planning this year. The company received the 'Brand Providing the Best Customer Experience' award.

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik has won another award at the ALFA Awards, organized by Marketing Turkey in partnership with Akademetre Research and Strategic Planning. In the 9th edition of the ALFA Awards, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik was selected as the 'Customer Brand' in the 'Individual Pension' category and was honored as the 'Brand Providing the Best Customer Experience.'

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, for the 5th time, has become the recipient of this award at the ALFA Awards ceremony, continuing to solidify its successes in customer experience.

In the 20th year of the individual pension sector, Murat Atalay, the General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, expressed great pride and happiness in being recognized as the brand that provides the best experience for its customers. The winners of the ALFA Awards, which reward the brands of the year, are determined through Akademetre's unique methodology created with international standards. In the comprehensive research that forms the basis of the index, conducted with a margin of error of ±2.75, 1,200 people randomly selected from 12 representative cities in Turkey are interviewed face-to-face. The research, which includes parameters such as 'Customer Desire Dimension,' 'Brand Experience Desires,' 'Communication Dimension,' 'Relationship Dimension,' and 'Brand Awareness among Consumers,' is conducted in over 50 categories.
