Telesure Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerliği, which is one of the strongest brands in the insurance industry and offers quality solutions to the needs of its customers with its sectoral experience, has implemented an important project with PWC, which provides services in the field of audit and management consultancy. The project, which was announced and launched as the 'Target Organization and HR Development Roadmap Creation Project', aims to strengthen sustainability and improve the employee experience at Telesure.

On October 7, the foundations of the new project were laid with the participation of all staff at Cyprus Kyrenia Elexus Hotel. Both the holiday and the meeting were held together in the event that lasted 2 nights and 3 days. During the trip, which was the scene of pleasant moments for all participants; cultural tours and karaoke events boosted the morale of the employees. In addition, the trip, which is dominated by the pleasure of the sea, almost replaced the last holiday of the year. The main reason for the emergence of this project, which we call ’PWC-Telesure Target Organization and HR Development Roadmap Creation Project', is that our company's employee and customer satisfaction can be maintained by increasing. In the summer of 2022, we have put forward important exchanges of ideas and thoughts on increasing this power. We aimed to add strength to the strength of the Telesure brand by setting ourselves a target for the next 5 to 10 years. We are focused on making an extremely strong brand in terms of sustainability. With the Telesure brand, we aimed to be the reason for unconditional preference for both our staff and our customers. In short, as Telesure, we aim to be sustainable both on the brand and HR side and to create a much stronger brand in the 5-10 year period.”
