Having successfully held the positions of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Executive Board Member at AXA Sigorta since 2018, Firuzan İşcan has retired from her role.
In the new phase, Sanem Çıngay Buçukoğlu, who was previously AXA Sigorta's Head of Individual Technical and Health and an Executive Board Member, will continue as the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Health, as well as an Executive Board Member. Barış Altın, who was AXA Sigorta's Head of Corporate Technical and MIS and an Executive Board Member, will continue in his role as the Technical Head and an Executive Board Member.
Firuzan İşcan, who has held the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and an Executive Board Member at AXA Sigorta since 2018, has decided to retire from her role, effective August 1st.

After graduating from the Middle East Technical University with a degree in Mathematics, Sanem Çıngay Buçukoğlu pursued further studies in Economics at Lancaster University and Actuarial Science at Cass Business School. She held various positions including Koç Allianz Turkey Individual Technical Group Manager, Ergo Sigorta Deputy General Manager responsible for Actuarial, Director of Individual and Health Technical Department, and Groupama Sigorta Deputy General Manager in charge of Technical and Operations. Starting from August 1st, Buçukoğlu will begin her new role as the Head of Sales, Marketing, and Health, as well as an Executive Board Member.
Barış Altın Appointed as Technical Head and Executive Board Member
With this change, Barış Altın, who is currently the Head of Corporate Technical and MIS and an Executive Board Member at AXA Sigorta, will continue his career at AXA as the Technical Head and an Executive Board Member responsible for overseeing both individual and corporate product factories under a single umbrella. Having graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Business Administration and later obtaining a master's degree in Business and Economics from Yeditepe University, Barış Altın has been with AXA Sigorta for over 22 years. He has held positions such as Director of International Financial Reporting and Strategic Planning, Deputy General Manager of Actuarial and Risk Management, Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Commercial Technical, and Deputy General Manager of International Business Development at AXA Sigorta. As of August 1st, Altın will begin his new role as the Technical Head and an Executive Board Member. |
