HDI Sigorta has appointed Sinem Gürün as Deputy General Manager of Claims
HDI Sigorta, innovative in its approach and a pioneer in developing solutions and products for the insurance sector, continues its efforts to strengthen its senior management team. Accordingly, Sinem Gürün joined HDI Sigorta on February 19, 2025, to be appointed as Deputy General Manager of Claims. Following the completion of the appointment process with the positive approval of SEDDK, Gürün will focus on leading claims management processes and enhancing customer satisfaction in her new role.
With over 21 years of experience in the insurance sector, Sinem Gürün officially assumed her new position at HDI Sigorta as of February 19, 2025. She graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Mathematical Engineering and completed her master’s degree in Business Administration at Galatasaray University. Gürün began her professional career as an inspector at Anadolu Sigorta and held various positions in bancassurance, motor and non-motor claims, and supply chain management departments. Most recently, she served as Claims Coordinator. Gürün played a key role in implementing innovative initiatives such as digital fraud detection and artificial intelligence applications. As Deputy General Manager of Claims at HDI Sigorta, she will be responsible for managing claims processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. |
