Türk Nippon Sigorta Revises the Structure of Its Complementary Health Product

Türk Nippon Sigorta is introducing innovations in its complementary health insurance product, aiming to better meet customer needs through enhancements in services and additional coverage.

Emphasizing that Complementary Health Insurance will remain one of the company’s key products in 2025, Türk Nippon Sigorta's General Manager, Dr. E. Baturalp Pamukçu, stated:

*"We observe that the significance of complementary health insurance, which provides more affordable access to healthcare services, is increasing in the sector. Since this product is more accessible than Private Health Insurance and offers additional benefits, we anticipate that demand for complementary health insurance will exceed expectations this year. In this regard, we aim to expand our service offerings by updating the additional coverage and service structure of our existing product.”

Dr. Pamukçu highlighted that their goal is to sustain the momentum gained in the second half of 2024 throughout 2025: "Thanks to the campaigns and pricing advantages we introduced in the second half of 2024, we achieved significant growth in our Complementary Health Insurance product, particularly towards the end of the year. With the upcoming updates, we aim to meet our 2025 targets in a short period. Looking ahead, our ultimate goal is to become one of the top 10 companies in the health insurance sector. We will continue to provide comprehensive services by planning our campaigns based on customer satisfaction and needs while taking proactive measures to support our agents.”

Türk Nippon Sigorta’s Complementary Health Insurance stands out with its coverage extending up to 70 years of age and its flexibility in covering all family members regardless of their initial enrollment age.
