Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik, the leading companies in the insurance and retirement sector celebrating their third anniversary, announced that they will focus on increasing financial profitability sustainably through an effective channel and field management strategy, as stated by their General Manager, Mr. Taha Çakmak.
Mr. Taha Çakmak emphasized their commitment to improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing channel and field management, stating that they will continue to make Turkey Sigorta the assurance of 85 million people. Mr. Çakmak stated that they have reached 14 million insured individuals with more than 3,800 agents and close to 5,000 bank branches, emphasizing that they are working on a innovative and robust sales channel management strategy for a more active and widespread sales network. Mr. Çakmak emphasized that sales channels will be further strengthened through cross-selling and said: “At the core of our sales strategy are versatile channel utilization and our customers. In the coming days, we will intensify our steps in this direction.”
Mr. Taha Çakmak emphasized that they will enhance the financial profitability of Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik in a sustainable manner.
