next-generation digital services for both insurance compa-
nies and the individual members of the institutions we col-
laborate with.
Our main objective is to manage health not with a reactive
approach, but with a proactive one.
Which areas stand out in senCard Partners’ growth strat-
egy for 2026?
For us, 2026 will be a year of scaling and productization. We
plan to add three new assistance products to our service port-
folio. Our goal is not only to increase product diversity, but
also to position ourselves as a leading and reference player in
the assistance field.
Being part of a holistic organizational structure under Bupa
Türkiye—where companies with expertise in different areas of
healthcare services work together—provides us with a signif-
icant advantage. This structure offers strong coordination in
terms of product development, data integration, and customer
experience.
Our 2026 strategy is shaped around three main pillars: in-
creasing product and service diversity, strengthening technol-
ogy and data infrastructure, and expanding operational ca-
pacity. Our goal is to reinforce senCard Partners’ position as a
value-creating, reliable, and reference solution partner within
its collaborations.
Finally, what is your strongest capability that will carry
senCard Partners into the future?
In one word: technology. However, our greatest differentiator
is using technology without losing our human-centric focus.
Data security, compliance with KVKK (Personal Data Protec-
tion Law), and cybersecurity investments are indispensable for
us. Health data is an extremely sensitive field; it must be used
intelligently and protected at the highest level.
At the same time, our greatest strength is our human capital.
Our expertise-based growth model in Diyarbakır and our em-
ployment-focused collaborations are reflections of this. When
you successfully combine technology with a highly competent
workforce, a sustainable and scalable growth model emerges.
