Top 5 in the Private Pension System

(BES) in 2025

In 2025, within the Private Pension System (BES), the highest increase in the number

of participants was recorded by Zurich Yaşam ve Emeklilik with 245,702 participants.
Meanwhile, the company that achieved the highest increase in participants joining the

system through automatic enrollment was Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat, with an increase
of 110,565 participants

In the Private Pension System (BES), where 15 companies are terms of percentage growth in BES participants during this period,
actively operating, the total number of participants increased by the highest increase was observed in AXA Hayat ve Emeklilik with a
629,839 people (6.61%) compared to the end of 2024, reaching growth rate of 42.55%, followed by Katılım Emeklilik ve Hayat with
10,156,000 in 2025. During the same period, the number of partic- 16.26% in second place. Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik ranked third

lilik. These companies accounted for 91.39% of the total number of
participants in the OKS system. In 2025, the highest increase in the 16.26% 11.03%
number of BES participants was recorded by Zurich Yaşam ve Eme- 11.61% 11.03%
klilik with an increase of 245,702 participants. Anadolu Hayat Eme-
klilik ranked second with an increase of 172,415 participants, fol-
lowed by Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik in third place with an increase
