Cervantes’ classic work Don Quixote comes to life on stage once again with an im-
pressive musical adaptation!

Starring Selçuk Yöntem, Zuhal Olcay, and Cengiz Bozkurt, this classic musical
meets theater audiences as a joint production of Çolpan İlhan & Sadri Alışık The-
atre and Piu Entertainment, under the direction of master director Işıl Kasapoğlu
and with music direction by Volkan Akkoç.

First staged in 1965, the musical Don Quixote was adapted from a television play
written by Dale Wasserman in 1959.

The production, staged a total of 2,328 times on Broadway, attracted great at-
tention during its run and won five Tony Awards, including “Best Musical.” This
classic work, inspired by the imagination and courage of the immortal literary char-
acter Don Quixote, is among the most influential pieces in theater history. ✨

In this story, where the boundaries between imagination and reality disappear, the
audience is invited into a knight’s dream world through an 80-person cast, mesmer-
izing stage design, striking costumes, and powerful music. Don Quixote reminds
us of the power of imagination, the resilience of hope, and a world transformed by
goodness. ✨

Don Quixote, who defies the ordinariness of life, sets out on a journey fueled by an imagination that turns a barber’s basin into
a golden helmet and barren lands into realms of knights. With the call, “Be compassionate. Be brave. Live with honor. Never
