Bites Bakery offers its guests a delightful experience
BITES BAKERY filled with American-style cookies. The menu features
10 different types of cookies, which change seasonally,
catering to various taste preferences. New cookie varie-
ties are added periodically to the menu.
Among the stars of the menu are the American-style
cookies and gluten-free savory muffins. Special flavors
like tiramisu cookies, almond marzipan-filled cookies,
and cream and crispy pumpkin cookies are signature
items that make Bites Bakery’s offerings stand out.
Freshly baked delights are complemented by expertly
crafted specialty coffees made with unique blends.
Guests stepping into Bites are welcomed by a nostalgic
ambiance with Italian influences. The space features
dark coffee wood details and warm yellow lighting, cre-
ating an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Open every
day of the week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except
Mondays, Bites occasionally closes earlier on certain
days due to the high demand for its popular cookies.
Arça Restaurant & Grill offers its guests flavorful evenings
with a stunning view of the Golden Horn. The restaurant
features a broad menu, where grilled meats and traditional
appetizers are given a modern twist, catering to a variety ARÇA RESTAURANT &
of tastes.
GRILL
The kitchen is led by the experienced Chef Ömer Esen, who
brings his domestic and international experience to the res-
taurant, offering guests unique and creative flavors. Spe-
cial attention is paid to ingredient selection, with spices
sourced from various regions of Anatolia, ensuring authen-
ticity and quality. As suggested by its name, the restaurant
is focused on kebabs and grilled dishes, making it a haven
for meat lovers. The menu at Arça Restaurant & Grill es-
pecially highlights the Arça kebab, a unique dish served in
a thin dough, perfectly cooked and available only here. In
addition to this signature kebab, you’ll find a wide range of
other tempting options, including lahmacun, Ali Nazik, pis-
tachio kebab made with pistachios from Gaziantep, and the
restaurant’s famed oily kara (grilled meat with rice). Sea-
sonal appetizers and olive oil dishes complement the ke-
babs, providing a delightful balance. Don’t miss the chef’s
special fig and date dessert or the semolina soufflé, which
are a sweet way to end your meal. For those with dietary
preferences, Arça also offers vegetarian and gluten-free
options, and can prepare vegan alternatives upon request.
