                                                                Arça Restaurant & Grill offers its guests flavorful evenings

                                                                The  kitchen  is  led  by  the  experienced  Chef  Ömer  Esen,

                                                                spices sourced from various regions of Anatolia, ensuring
                                                                authenticity and quality. As suggested by its name, the res-
                                                                taurant is focused on kebabs and grilled dishes, making it
                                                                a haven for meat lovers. The menu at Arça Restaurant &
       Chef’s restaurant, Salazar, blends Mediterranean cuisine with   Grill especially highlights the Arça kebab, a unique dish

       its retractable sides and roof, as well as its glass walls, ensur-
       ing a serene and artistic setting for its patrons. Completing
       this artistic ambiance is the Ruzy Art Gallery, located at the
       front of the venue. The kitchen is led by one of the founding
       partners, Chef Kadir Aytekin. In the kitchen, Tunahan Erdem
       works alongside Chef Kadir Aytekin, while Doğukan Ateşok
       manages the operations of the restaurant. Salazar serves food
       every day from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with the restaurant
       staying open until 2:00 AM. On certain nights, especially
       Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, Salazar transforms into
       a bar with DJ performances starting at 11:00 PM, offering a
       vibrant social atmosphere for guests who want to dine, dance,
