Arça Restaurant & Grill offers its guests flavorful evenings
with a stunning view of the Golden Horn. The restaurant
features a broad menu, where grilled meats and traditional
appetizers are given a modern twist, catering to a variety

The kitchen is led by the experienced Chef Ömer Esen,
who brings his domestic and international experience to
the restaurant, offering guests unique and creative fla-
vors. Special attention is paid to ingredient selection, with
spices sourced from various regions of Anatolia, ensuring
authenticity and quality. As suggested by its name, the res-
taurant is focused on kebabs and grilled dishes, making it

The venue offers a spacious and airy atmosphere with its 350
m² garden concept, allowing guests to enjoy a close connection
to nature. The restaurant takes full advantage of daylight with
its retractable sides and roof, as well as its glass walls, ensur-
ing a serene and artistic setting for its patrons. Completing
this artistic ambiance is the Ruzy Art Gallery, located at the
front of the venue. The kitchen is led by one of the founding
partners, Chef Kadir Aytekin. In the kitchen, Tunahan Erdem
works alongside Chef Kadir Aytekin, while Doğukan Ateşok
manages the operations of the restaurant. Salazar serves food
every day from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with the restaurant
staying open until 2:00 AM. On certain nights, especially
Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, Salazar transforms into
a bar with DJ performances starting at 11:00 PM, offering a
vibrant social atmosphere for guests who want to dine, dance,
