                                                                This charming venue offers a unique culinary experience,
                                                                where farm-fresh produce is brought directly to the table.
                                                                Under the leadership of Chef Buğra Özdemir, the menus
                                                                blend the delicate flavors of Scandinavian cuisine with the
                                                                rich tastes of Thracian cuisine. Chef Özdemir has a special
                                                                connection with The Barn. He was involved in the restau-
                                                                rant’s establishment and has previously worked in Miche-
                                                                lin-starred restaurants in Denmark. Now, he brings his ex-
                                                                periences to The Barn, incorporating zero-waste kitchen
                                                                practices and the farm-to-table concept. Özdemir shapes
                                                                the dishes with a nature-respecting approach, ensuring that
                                                                no  ingredient goes  to  waste.  Each  plate,  created  in  line
                                                                with the zero-waste philosophy, is innovatively and unique-
                                                                ly interpreted using the ingredients provided by nature. The
                                                                menu, enriched with vegetables, fruits, and wines from the
                                                                garden and local vineyards, is updated seasonally. The ven-
                                                                ue offers à la carte menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,
                                                                with pesketarian and vegetarian options available. During
                                                                your visit to The Barn, you can also try the seasonal tasting
       Bites Bakery offers its guests a delightful experience filled   menus, which highlight the freshest ingredients and flavors
       with American-style cookies. The menu features 10 differ-  of the season.
       ent types of cookies, which change seasonally, catering to
       various taste preferences. New cookie varieties are added
       periodically to the menu.

       Among the stars of the menu are the American-style cook-
       ies and gluten-free savory muffins. Special flavors like ti-
       ramisu cookies, almond marzipan-filled cookies, and cream
       and crispy pumpkin cookies are signature items that make
       Bites Bakery’s offerings stand out. Freshly baked delights
       are complemented by expertly crafted specialty coffees made
       with unique blends.

       Guests stepping into Bites are welcomed by a nostalgic ambi-
       ance with Italian influences. The space features dark coffee
       wood details and warm yellow lighting, creating an intimate
       and inviting atmosphere. Open every day of the week from
       10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except Mondays, Bites occasionally
       closes earlier on certain days due to the high demand for its
       popular cookies.
