                                                                The  new  restaurant,  Okra  Istanbul,  located  on  the  20th
                                                                floor of THE MARMARA TAKSİM, captivates its guests
                                                                with a breathtaking city view from the very first moment.
                                                                Each window of the venue offers a different corner of Is-
                                                                tanbul, and the focal point is Mediterranean cuisine. The
                                                                kitchen team, led by Executive Chefs Hüseyin Ceylan and
                                                                Mert  Yalçıner,  prepares  fresh  seasonal  dishes,  often  us-
                                                                ing open-fire cooking techniques. The menu, supported by
                                                                local ingredients, features standout options like calamari
                                                                and couscous, open-fire grilled shrimp, and dry-aged beef
                                                                tartare among the starters. For main courses, the whole
                                                                fillet, seven-spice lamb shank, and the two-person serving
                                                                of sea bass are among the most popular choices. While
                                                                the  delicious  dishes  are  quite  filling,  those  with  a  sweet
                                                                tooth should definitely make room for the bitter chocolate
                                                                mousse. Okra Istanbul also makes a name for itself with a
                                                                selection of cocktails that are a must-try for those look-
                                                                ing to enjoy their afternoon. In addition to its 150-person
                                                                capacity, the venue also has a special area for 40 people.
                                                                The newly added bar section offers guests a commanding
