Türkiye Sigorta has been entitled to receive a certificate by participating in the program conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, which has been providing services on workplace culture and employee satisfaction in 5 continents and 97 countries for more than 30 years.
Acting with the principle of “being one and united” in corporate culture and employee relations and taking its power from its name, Türkiye Sigorta has registered its ongoing works on corporate culture and employee satisfaction with a “Great Place to Work” certificate.
In the survey research carried out within the scope of the program by the Great Place to Work Institute, five dimensions were evaluated: reliability, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit. As a result of the evaluation of its employees, Türkiye Sigorta was entitled to receive the “Great Place To Work” certificate in 2022.
