MetLife Türkiye has introduced its mobile application to the service of users within the scope of its customer-oriented approach and increasing its presence in digital channels.

Turkey's leading personal accident, life, supplemental health insurance and pension companies of MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat continues to offer innovative digital solutions by focusing on the real needs of the customers. In this context, MetLife has developed its mobile application called MetLife Cepte by adapting to the requirements of the digital age. MetLife customers can access the app from both iOS and Android devices.

The MetLife Cepte application, which has the basic functions of financial applications in the fields of insurance and private pension, provides insurance customers with the opportunity to access their policies, easily review policy details and special conditions, pay premiums, view the scope of assistance services in their policies, and make an appointment to benefit from these services. Pension customers, on the other hand, have the opportunity to pay contributions, manage their investments, examine appropriate fund management options by completing the risk-return profile questionnaire, estimate their possible savings with the pension calculation application, monitor the performance of private pension funds with enriched visual graphics, and download their account statements.

The MetLife Cepte app also brings two innovations to MetLife customers: With MetLife Cepte, customers can instantly submit their claims by taking a photo of the required documents and uploading them to the application using the camera on their phone to apply for compensation. At the same time, they can track the status of compensation claims within the application. At the same time, they can track the status of compensation claims within the application. With MetLife Cepte, insurance and retirement customers can pay their overdue or past payouts, change their default payment methods, and add new credit card or account information.

Regarding the new mobile application, MetLife Emeklilik ve Hayat General Manager Deniz Yurtseven said: “In the face of constantly developing technology, the transportation methods, needs and expectations of our customers vary. MetLife also organized a campaign for its customers to meet the mobile application and experience its convenience. Within the scope of the launch campaign, which will last until November 30, MetLife will give a "Apple iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB" smartphone to 10 customers who download the MetLife Cepte application and log in, and a "Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G 128 GB" smartphone to 10 customers. 20 lucky MetLife customers who participated in the campaign using the free MetLife Cepte application will be announced at metlife.com.tr on 13t of December.
