Agito Takes Its Place as a Platform Sponsor at the SAZ2026 Insurance Intermediaries Summit
Agito, which contributes to the insurance industry's digital transformation through the solutions it develops in insurance technologies, supported the SAZ2026 Insurance Intermediaries Summit as a platform sponsor. Throughout the summit, Agito engaged with industry representatives and took an active role in discussions on technology, distribution channels, agency transformation, and artificial intelligence, all of which are shaping the future of insurance.
Agito Deputy General Manager of Technology Cüneyt Aşuk participated as a speaker in the panel titled “The Digital Ecosystem in Insurance Intermediation: Artificial Intelligence, Lead Management, Agencies and Online Sales Channels,” moderated by RS Holding CEO Nihal Asker. During the panel, Türkiye Sigorta Deputy General Manager Çiğdem Kılıç, AXA Sigorta Head of Sales, Corporate Communications and Health Sanem Çıngay Buçukoğlu, and Sigortam.net CEO Ataman Kalkan also shared their perspectives on the transformation of the insurance ecosystem.
The session addressed the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies into core insurance systems, the assessment of operational efficiency not only in terms of speed but also decision quality, data-driven risk analysis, claims automation, lead management, and the transformation of distribution models driven by online sales channels.
Emphasizing that insurance is fundamentally about understanding, sharing and managing risk, Cüneyt Aşuk noted that as technology evolves, so too do the ways in which risk is perceived and managed. He stated that digitalization has made policy administration, premium collection, claims management, customer communication and channel management more transparent. Aşuk also pointed out that in the age of artificial intelligence, systems are expected not only to record data but also to interpret it, understand its context and support decision-making processes.
The role of agencies within the digital ecosystem was also among the key topics discussed during the panel. Participants noted that AI-powered systems can help agencies manage their portfolios more intelligently by providing insights into renewal likelihood, cross-selling potential, coverage gaps and customer behaviour, enabling more informed actions. As a result, agencies can reduce their operational workload and devote greater attention to advisory services and building trusted customer relationships.
Agito’s AI-native approach and the Agent Framework infrastructure it has developed form the building blocks of digital insurance
The panel also explored the advantages that AI-native infrastructures, API-first architectures, auditable rule management and Agent Framework approaches can offer insurance companies. Among the key topics highlighted were the ability of these technologies to accelerate product development, strengthen integration across distribution channels, streamline operational processes and support sustainable growth.
Agito positions its technology investments both as system projects designed to meet today’s operational needs and as a strategic architectural choice that supports insurance companies’ long-term competitiveness, growth capacity and decision quality. Its API-first approach, modular structure, low-code capabilities, parametric product and rule management, data visibility and auditable operating model are among the core components of this approach.
Bringing together a wide range of stakeholders from across the insurance industry, the SAZ2026 Insurance Intermediaries Summit served as an important platform for exchanging ideas on the digital future of insurance. With its strong focus on technology and innovation, Agito was among the summit’s standout participants.
