Nokta Kalamış Hiema
Hiema, inspired by Mediterranean, Italian, and Japanese
cuisines, has opened its doors in Armutlu. Named after
a large-leaved mystical plant found in untouched forests,
Hiema’s menu focuses on freshness, naturalness, and sea-
sonality, showcasing creative flavors. The opening straw-
berry soup and rich appetizers hint at an astonishing gas-
tronomic experience ahead. Seafood prepared with special
sauces unique to Hiema is among the most notable dishes
on the menu. Fresh pasta varieties are also special delights
from the Hiema kitchen. Glazed grouper, shrimp and truf-
fle ravioli, oyster mushrooms and smoked brisket, beef
cheeks, and stracciatella pappardelle are just a few of the
standout flavors on the menu. There are also satisfying op-
tions for vegetarians. The presentation of the dishes is as
stylish, meticulous, and appetizing as their taste. Dessert
lovers will also find what they seek here, and we particu-
larly recommend saving room for the caramel profiterole.
Hiema is also quite ambitious when it comes to cocktails.
After your meal, you can try their signature cocktails with
fun names like Sneaky One, Double Trouble, Truffle Three,
Fabulous Four, and Unique Six. Starting at 10:00 PM,
the music and entertainment levels rise. The restaurant
hosts special events on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Satur-

Eppek, which opened its doors as a sourdough bread bakery in
January 2017, has grown into Nokta Kalamış since the begin-
ning of 2024. Nokta Kalamış is a café that offers artisan bak-
ery products and quality coffee. The name of the venue stems
from the desire to be a meeting point where a loyal customer
culture continues. In addition to providing a delightful dining
experience, the venue is also becoming a gathering place for
workshops and events, evolving into a space where visitors can

of wood, making you feel immersed in nature.
In the Nokta Kalamış kitchen, local and traditional ingredients
are transformed into delicious dishes using special recipes and
modern, healthy methods. Highlights from the menu include
sourdough whole wheat breads prepared with a long and cold
fermentation process and espresso-based drinks made from
high-quality beans. Options are also available that are refined
sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian. The bakery op-
erates like a boutique laboratory, continuously experimenting
with new recipes every day.
