The kitchen at Roof Mezzepotamia is entrusted to Chef Bu-
lut Gökmen Gök and his team. As its name suggests, Roof
Mezzepotamia is inspired by Mesopotamia and interprets
traditional flavors from Turkey’s seven regions with unique
