In 2023, the largest increase in the Individual Pension

System was seen in Metlife Pension and Life with 234,676
participants, while the company with the highest increase in
the number of participants included in the system through
automatic enrollment was HDI Fiba Pension and Life with an

increase of 347,293 people. The total fund amount of the top
5 companies in BES accounted for 84.7% of the total fund
amount, while the total fund amount of the top 5 companies
in OKS accounted for 91.76% of the total fund amount.

In BES, where 15 companies are actively operating, the total number of participants in 2023
was observed to be 8,676,000, increasing by 874,740 people (11% increase) compared to
the end of 2022. During this period, the number of participants included in the system through
OKS increased by 982,770 people (11.77% increase compared to the same period of the pre-
vious year), reaching a total of 9,326,000 people.

In the 2023 period, the top 5 companies with the highest number of BES participants were
ranked as Türkiye Hayat ve Emeklilik, Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat,
Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik, AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik. The top 5 companies with the high-
est number of participants accounted for 81.48% of the total number of participants in the
system.

The top 5 companies with the highest number of OKS participants remained unchanged from
the previous year, with Türkiye Hayat ve Emeklilik, Garanti Emeklilik ve Hayat, Anadolu
Hayat Emeklilik, AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik ve Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik. The top 5 com-
panies with the highest number of OKS participants accounted for 82.4% of the total number
of participants in the system.
