         Istanbul returns to the route of international tours: 34 Calling begins!

         The 34 Calling concert series, implemented with the organization of Kültür AŞ, an affiliate of the Istanbul Metropolitan
         Municipality, begins with the Hooverphonic with Orchestra concert, which will be held on June 11 at the Harbiye Cemil
         Topuzlu Open-Air Theater.

         The Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre, which has been hosting the most prestigious artists of Turkey for many years,
         is the first venue to host 34 Calling, where international artists will perform this time.

         The first concert of the series starts on June 11 with Hooverphonic with Orchestra. Hooverphonic is a Belgian band that
         has been synthesizing trip hop with psychedelic, pop and polyphonic elements since its inception in 1995, with its orchestral
         performance on June 11 at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theater.

         Who is Hooverphonic?
         Hooverphonic is a Belgian musical group formed in October 1995. Considered one of the pioneering bands of the trip hop
         movement that marked the 2000s, the band has taken their sound beyond this genre and achieved a mixture of alternative,
         electronica, electro pop and rock styles. In 2021, they represented Belgium in the grand final of the Eurovision song contest
         with the song “The Wrong Place”.




         Genedos

         As  part  of  The  Badau  Session  Concerts  in  Genedos
         Sahneport!

         The trio formed during the quarantine period got its
         name from the ancient name of the Ahatlı village of Kaş,
         where they underwent the process. The group, which in-
         cludes Eylül Ergül on piano and vocals, Çağla Karaali
         on drums and vocals, Sardar Barçın on Saxophone and
         Flute,  and  Ozan  Musluoğlu  on  contrabass,  presents  a
         rich repertoire ranging from Mainstream Jazz to modern
         pieces with two vocals.
