benefit from while working from home
As the number of coronavirus cases continue to increase on a daily basis, companies are temporarily switching
to remote working with the obligation of protecting their employees from the physical and mental impacts of
the virus. However, remote working also brings along the challenges of its own. But, there are some applica-
tions to ensure real efficiency for those who are working from home.
Companies switching to remote working method need to install VPNs, Virtual Private Networks, to direct
their employees to their own servers or programs, and provide them with necessary technological equipment
and software support. However, providing technological means is not enough to ensure efficiency for remote
working. It is highly important for employees who are working from their homes to create the same work-
place discipline in their own environments. Here are some mobile applications that will help you reach your
efficiency in the office:
For using your time in the right way: Toggl
If you are new to working from home, you will soon find out that time management is
the most important aspect of it. If you do not plan your notes, your tasks and schedule
effectively, you will see that everything becomes very complicated. Toggl is one of the
most preferred applications for time management at home. You can carry your plans,
projects and tasks that are currently on paper to digital environment; and manage your
time and work regularly and monitor your tasks. Toggl might be a helpful tool for you
to track how much time you spend for each task and see how much you can stick to your
work plans while at home. Toggl has two types of subscription methods as Free and
Premium, and can be downloaded on both Android and IOS stores.
For productivity: Trello
Trello is one of the most popular business management applications with billions of us-
ers. Like other project management applications, you can see and organize your to-do,
done and targets on the same screen. But what is different about Trello is that it has a
much simpler user interface. The application can work compatibly with Google Drive
and Dropbox, and allows users to directly access online working platforms such as Slack
and Salesforce. Trello is a free application, and you can use it by creating a user profile
on trello.com. After signing up and logging in, you need to name your project on the
board that welcomes you. The application consists of 3 sections: boards, lists and cards.

It is highly important for productivity to manage all the passwords you are using for the
tools, platforms and other systems for working from home. Therefore, you will need a
digital tool to make sure that you do not forget these critical login details and passwords
to continue entering the online accounts you are using. Lastpass credit card is basically
