Nicole Sunset Grill & Bar
Located inside the Ulus Park, Sunset Grill & Bar is one
of İstanbul’s Fine Dining restaurants. The restaurant was
opened in 1994, and hosts its guests ever since accompa-
nied by the magnificent view of Bosporus.
With a meticulously prepared and rich menu, the restau-
rant guarantees a quality time for its guests during lunches
and dinners. In addition to sushi, the international menu
offers different flavors from the Mediterranean, Turkish
and Japanese cuisines and other specialties from the world
cuisine. Sunset Grill & Bar is Turkey’s first restaurant to
incorporate a sushi bar.
Sunset Grill & Bar offers its guests delicious dishes pre-
pared by the world-famous chef Hiroki Takemura.
Located on the rooftop of Tomtom Suites, Nicole is one of İs-
tanbul’s few select restaurants with a menu that is renewed by
season. Named after Agnès Marthe Nicole, manager of the his-
torical building where Franciscan priestesses healed the sick
and injured; the restaurant owns a unique scenery of Istanbul.
With a customized service approach, the venue promises a per-
fect dining experience for its guests.
Nicole addresses refined palatal delights with seasonal food
prepared using fresh ingredients by chefs who worked at Miche-
lin-star restaurants. It is a decent place where you can choose
to go for your business meetings and dinners. The restaurant
makes it a principle to offer different flavors to its guests by
changing and renewing its menu every six weeks. You can fla-
vor your food with a wine cellar consisting of selections from
Turkey and focusing on chateau style wines. The place makes
you feel special with a service that does not sacrifice quality and
a spacious and elegantly decorated dining area.
Nicole offers its guests 2 different menus. The discovery menu
includes Shrimp Avocado, Jerusalem Artichoke Spinach, Fen-
nel with Walnuts, Trança Belugaya and Lamb Houmous. The
other menu is named after the restaurant itself, Nicole, and
offers its guests two additional flavors of Anchovy Savoy Cab-
bage and Kuş Böreği Pie.
