Allianz Türkiye Made a Difference in the Lives of More Than 10,000 Children in 2025 with Programs Implemented for a Resilient Future

Allianz Türkiye continued its investments in Türkiye’s future in 2025 through programs aimed at increasing social welfare, implemented in line with its vision of creating sustainable value. Through the Bir Kız Gelecek [One Girl, One Future], Bilinçli Adımlar Güvenli Yarınlar [Conscious Steps, Safe Tomorrows], and Dağ Gibi Arkandayız [We’ve Got Your Back Like a Mountain] programs, Allianz focuses on encouraging future generations through education and sports, while also guiding its ecosystem on its sustainability journey by motivating its employees and stakeholders to create lasting value.

Allianz Türkiye continues to prioritize social investments that place people at the center and encourage future generations. As part of its efforts toward sustainable development, Allianz Türkiye involves a broad ecosystem—including its employees and agents, as well as industry professionals, non-governmental organizations, and stakeholders—in its projects aimed at enhancing social welfare, encouraging the establishment of meaningful collaborations and the creation of shared value.

Lifelong support for girls

Within the scope of the “Bir Kız Gelecek” [One Girl, One Future] corporate social responsibility project carried out with Koruncuk Vakfı to support girls’ access to basic needs and education, Allianz Türkiye took another new step this year. With the support of the Allianz Group, Allianz Türkiye laid the foundation of a new dormitory building at Koruncuk Vakfı’s campus in Bolluca, Arnavutköy, Istanbul. Having invested a total of more than EUR 2 million in the project, Allianz will increase Koruncuk Vakfı’s existing capacity with the new dormitory building constructed on an area of 2,230 square meters and expected to be completed in 2026, thereby providing a safe living environment for more girls.

Within the scope of the Bir Kız Gelecek [One Girl, One Future] program, girls at Koruncuk Vakfı are provided not only with accommodation but also with additional benefits such as basic needs support, university scholarships, mentoring, vocational training, internships, and employment opportunities. In 2025, full support—primarily for basic needs and education—was provided for 25 girls from the earthquake-affected region who were admitted to Koruncuk Vakfı. Scholarships were granted to 43 young people who graduated from Koruncuk Vakfı and continued their university education. Thanks to volunteer mentors from Allianz employees, 15 Allianz employees voluntarily provided mentoring support to 17 girls. In addition, post–high school vocational training, internship placements, and employment opportunities were offered to the girls. These initiatives under the Bir Kız Gelecek program will continue with increased momentum in 2026.

Children Prepare for Disasters Through a Board Game

Founded with the aim of increasing social risk awareness regarding earthquakes and fires, Allianz Türkiye’s Allianz Teknik Earthquake and Fire Test and Training Center continues its efforts to raise disaster awareness across all segments of society. With this mission, the Bilinçli Adımlar Güvenli Yarınlar [Conscious Steps, Safe Tomorrows] program—launched in 2024 through the consultancy of Allianz Teknik and in cooperation with Türkiye Eğitim Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TEGV) [Educational Volunteers Foundation of Türkiye]—prepares children aged 7–14 for disasters through awareness trainings.

This year, Allianz also shared a specially designed board game created for the third phase of the program with children and parents. Throughout 2025, the program informed more than 10,000 children about what should be done before, during, and after an earthquake.

Ten Years of Support for Girls from Palandöken

With the aim of building a more inclusive, resilient, and stronger future, Allianz Türkiye expanded its support for empowering girls by launching the “Dağ Gibi Arkanızdayız” [We’ve Got Your Back Like a Mountain] project this year. Implemented on the occasion of the Milano Cortina Winter Games to be held in 2026, the project aims to increase interest in winter sports in Türkiye, enable the development of new athletes in this field, and support the potential of girls who do not have equal opportunities. Within the scope of the project, Allianz Türkiye will provide training and equipment support for approximately 10 years to three girls in Erzurum Palandöken who have never previously been introduced to skiing, until they take their first ski coaching exam. Allianz Türkiye also became the main sponsor until the 2030 Winter Olympics of Balkan Champion national skier Ceren Reyhan Yıldırım, who was expected to represent Türkiye in Milan but was injured following an accident.

Guiding transformation with a vision of creating collective wisdom

Allianz, which also leads the sustainable transformation of the insurance sector, regularly brings together its stakeholders to create a roadmap that responds to global and local expectations and generates long-term value. Drawing on the outcomes of stakeholder dialogues, Allianz Türkiye has prepared its new sustainability strategy and continues to take sustainable steps that will add value to the future together with opinion leaders from different fields of influence.

Allianz volunteers work for the common good

In all of Allianz’s social responsibility programs that generate social benefit, its employees take an active role in capacity building. Under the heading “Harekete Geç” [Take Action], Allianz invites its volunteers to provide training in financial, climate, and digital literacy, while encouraging its employees to engage in active volunteering for healthy living and social benefit.
