HDI Sigorta has renewed its employer brand, taking inspiration from its employees. Shaped around the slogan ''HDI Benimle, Benimle HDI'' [HDI With Me, With Me HDI], the new employer brand places employee experience at its core and reflects HDI Sigorta’s vision of growing together.

HDI Sigorta has renewed its employer brand. The slogan of HDI Sigorta’s new employer brand, “HDI Benimle, Benimle HDI” [HDI With Me, With Me HDI], was shared with employees. The new employer brand was shaped in line with insights obtained from the Talanx Group’s employee engagement research. With the slogan “HDI Benimle, Benimle HDI,” which places employee experience at the center and reflects a vision of growing together, emphasis was placed on the mutual and strong bond established with employees. While launching the new employer brand, HDI Sigorta General Manager Firuzan İşcan underlined that HDI Sigorta employees are companions on the journey who shape the company’s future together.

Firuzan İşcan stated that the “HDI Benimle, Benimle HDI” employer brand expresses how the areas of career, development, future, and life experienced at HDI Sigorta are shaped, as well as the working environment and the company’s promises to employees. İşcan continued as follows: “Within the scope of our future vision, we reviewed and redefined our employee value proposition. We shaped our new employer brand with the inspiration we received from our employees. We believe that the most important element that sustains a company and makes it successful is its culture, and that it is employees who bring that culture to life.
