                                                                The world-famous Novikov Restaurant & Bar, which started
                                                                to host its first guests in Mayfair, London in 2011, opened its
                                                                doors on its 10th anniversary in Mandarin Oriental Bospho-
                                                                rus, Istanbul, with breathtaking views of the Bosphorus.


                                                                Opened under the leadership of experienced restaurant oper-
                                                                ators Arkadiy Novikov (Novikov Group) and Anton Pinskiy
                                                                (Pinskiy & Co), Novikov Istanbul brings together innovative
                                                                Asian and Italian cuisines in its unique “market” concept. In
                                                                line with this concept, colorful vegetables and fruits, and sea-
                                                                food from different regions are exhibited in the open kitchen
                                                                of the venue. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Clifton
                                                                Ian Muil, chefs create gastronomic wonders using seasonal
                                                                ingredients. The menu of the place is extremely rich, and it is
                                                                possible to find Pan-Asian, Italian and Mediterranean flavors
                                                                in Novikov as well as sushi, sashimi and nigiri varieties. In
                                                                other words, if you wish, you can make a sushi visit and taste
                                                                classic Italian delicacies such as pizza and risotto. Alterna-
                                                                tively, you can try delicacies prepared with authentic cooking
                                                                methods such as robata or teppanyaki.


                                                                Novikov Lounge Bar, with its unique view of the Bosphorus,
                                                                makes its name with its cocktails produced with the philoso-
                                                                phy of original mixology. Novikov Pool Bar is located by the
                                                                pool next to the sea in the hotel’s garden overlooking the Bos-
                                                                phorus, offering fun moments with cocktails and fine music.

       signature Mikla, located on the terrace of The Marmara
       Pera, is a great choice for romantic meals with its exquisite
       view. You need to make a 3-step selection from the simple
       but ambitious a la carte menu, where you can find traces of
       this geography on every plate that comes in front of you. If
       you wish, you can also try the 7-stage tasting menu. Origi-
       nal recipes such as whole wheat ravioli, Iskenderun shrimp,
       lionfish stand out in the place.

       It is closed on Sundays, other days it is open from 18.30
       to 2.00.
