Mert Ekitmen, Corporate Technical and Damage Chairman and Executive Board Member, who has been successfully holding his position at AXA Sigorta since 2017, is transferring his responsibilities in the field of Corporate Technical to Barış Altın, who is currently serving as the Head of Risk Management and a Member of the Executive Board, as of March 1, 2022. The Risk Management seat vacated by Altın, who will continue his work under CEO Yavuz Ölken with the title of Corporate Technical President and Executive Board Member, is being appointed as Hayat Emeklilik Operations and Transformation Director Selçuk Adıgüzel, Risk Management Director and Executive Board Member.
With these changes, Eray Kangal, who previously served as the Damage Director under the Corporate Technical and Damage Directorate, is appointed as the Damage Director and a Member of the Executive Board. The Recourse Department, which operates under the Damage Directorate, continues its work under Onur Koçkar, the Head of Law, Compliance and Corporate Responsibility and a Member of the Executive Committee.
