                                                          The menu, like the interior design, is simple yet rich and profound.
                                                          Dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients successfully re-
                                                          flect Istanbul’s multicultural fabric. Signature dishes include the
                                                          olive oil-based Gün plate, salad made with Yedikule lettuce, and
                                                          lamb brain served with chimichurri sauce. The deep aromas of
                                                          meats cooked over oak wood fire are a testament to the culinary

                                                          At Gün Lokantası, which also evokes the nostalgic charm of old
                                                          Beyoğlu, attentive staff and thoughtful service are as memorable
                                                          as the dishes themselves. The restaurant operates from Monday
                                                          to Saturday between 12:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., and is closed on
                                                          Sundays. Only guests aged 12 and above are accepted.

        La Boucherie Depo in Levent, bringing a fresh perspective to

        The venue welcomes guests with a different gastronomic and
        entertainment concept every day. On four days of the week,
        visitors can embark on a 12-course tasting menu crafted by
        Chef Yalçın, providing a unique culinary journey. On Friday
        and Saturday nights, guests can enjoy a rich cocktail menu
        and exclusive DJ performances, setting the rhythm for the
        night. Every Thursday, the “Mavi Gün” (Blue Day) concept
        brings the finest flavors of Aegean and Mediterranean cui-
        sine, complemented by traditional Greek mezes and live bou-
        zouki music. For those seeking a more dynamic atmosphere,
        “Mavi Gecesi” (Blue Night) on Wednesdays features stage
        performances accompanied by a 10-piece orchestra, under the
        musical direction of Alex Panayotidi. But the surprises at La
        Boucherie Depo don’t end there! After an immersive dinner
        theater experience, guests can pass through a hidden tunnel
        connecting to Chicki Boom via Somer Sivrioğlu’s restaurant,
        Efendy, seamlessly transitioning into an electrifying nightlife
        experience.
