                                                                Muhit blends colorful design with burgers. Although Muhit
                                                                is widely praised for its delicious toasts and well-rounded
                                                                breakfasts, one should not overlook their burgers. Muhit
                                                                offers a short but sweet burger menu. The burgers, served
                                                                with fries and pickles, are made with 150g patties. The
                                                                special taste of the place, Muhit Smoked Burger, is a de-
                                                                lightful combination of smoked beef bacon and cheddar
                                                                cheese—a must-try that you won’t regret missing.

       The creators of Zula, one of the city’s most ambitious burg-
       er joints, are experienced and talented chefs Cihan Kıpçak
       and Üryan Doğmuş. After gaining fame on one of the back
       streets of Harbiye, Zula recently opened a branch in Kan-
       yon. Their classic burgers feature cheddar, caramelized
       onions, pickle relish, and truffle mayo. The patties are
       neither too thick nor too thin. Unless specified otherwise,
       you’ll find well-cooked but juicy patties between their soft
       buns. The balance between caramelized onions and sauces
       is  well-established, preventing  an  overpowering taste  and
       allowing the flavor of the patty to shine through.
