Model’
Millî Reasürans T.A.Ş., which has taken a leading role in
achieving a sustainable and healthy struc-ture of the insurance
sector in Turkey, became the owner of the “Equality of Oppor-
tunity Model” Certificate issued by KAGIDER, as a result of
her human resources policies that highlight women’s employ-
ment and her efforts to empower women employees who take an
active role in both man-agement and production.
As the first and only private company in the world with the right
to operate a re-insurance monopoly in all insurance branches,
