Posa Coffee Roastery bears the signature of Muhammed
Karaman, who has been a barista for 10 years and has won
awards in barista competitions. Karaman, who grew up in
Balat and brought new value to his beloved neighborhood
with his passion, successfully maintains the trend of quali-
ty coffee in his establishment.
Posa Coffee Roastery’s main goal is to offer its guests dif-
ferent beans and unique recipes from the coffee varieties
they have tried everywhere. They are particularly meticu-
lous about their bean selection. They roast the green coffee
beans they import from abroad themselves. This is an ideal
address for those who love sweet coffee. Because one of the
most ambitious aspects of the venue is their special syrups
prepared with their own recipes. You can try the cookie
syrup made with white chocolate and Lotus biscuits in the
coffee called “cookie latte.” Especially during the win-
ter months, gingerbread syrup and salted caramel syrup,
which contain ginger, are also among the unique recipes of
Posa Coffee Roastery.
While each seating area of the venue carries a different at-
mosphere, the main element in the decoration, where Ana-
tolian motifs are predominant, is intimacy and warmth.

09:00 to 19:00.
