Rosa Moda Basta! Neo-Bistro

Derin Aribaş, both chefs who have studied at important gas-
tronomy schools in France, has worked at the three Miche-
lin-starred restaurant Astrance, and Kaan Sakarya has been
the chef of Nicole, one of the leading restaurants in Istanbul.
When these two successful chefs became partners and opened
Basta! Street Food in Kadıköy, the gastronomy world was
surprised at first. Afterwards, everyone who ate the street
delicacies from the hands of the chefs who knew the world
cuisine was very pleased. Let Basta!’s success last, the two
chef-partners have now signed on to a new venue. At the Bas-
ta! Neo-bistro, which they opened in Çiftehavuzlar, you can
experience the dishes that come out of their skillful hands in
the atmosphere of a bistro. The dishes, which are divided into
hot and cold, are all different from each other.
